Cheesy Vegetable Hash

A great dish to serve at brunch.


  • 19 ounces hash browns or tater tots
  • 19 ounces shredded vegetables of choice
  • 10 ounces sour cream
  • 10 ounces cheddar cheese
  • 4 each whole green onion, sliced
  • 10 ounces heavy cream
  • 1 small white onion, chopped
  • 1 each whole jalapeno, seeds removed, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  • 1. Preheat EGG to 375° using indirect heat with a plate setter and a stainless steel grate.
  • 2. Combine all ingredients until well blended and bake using indirect heat at 375º for 30 minutes or until golden. Pull off EGG and let rest 5-10 min. Serve.
