Caramel Coconut Pecan Brownies

Easy and delicious these coconut pecan brownies are addicting.


  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided
  • 2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1.5 cups chopped pecans
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk


  • 1. Preheat Egg to 350°with platesetter for indirect heat. Grease and flour a 9
  • 2. Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in microwave in 30-second increments until chocolate melts when stirred. Stir until smooth.
  • 3. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing just until blended after each addition. Add melted chocolate and beat until combined.
  • 4. Decrease mixer speed to low and gradually add flour. Mix just until blended. Stir in vanilla and 1 cup chocolate chips.
  • 5. Transfer batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle coconut, 2 cups chocolate chips, and pecans over batter. Pour condensed milk evenly over top.
  • 6. Bake 50-55 minutes, or until edges are browned and center is set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack before cutting into bars.
