Buffalo Chicken Pizza

This pizza is a great addition to any pizza night!

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough, see recipe
  • 3 ounces franks hot sauce
  • 3 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 3 ounces blue cheese
  • 6 ounces grilled chicken breasts
  • cornmeal, as needed

Directions

  • 1. Preheat EGG to 400° using a plate setter with the feet down.
  • 2. Assemble pizza in this order, crust, sauce, cheeses, and chicken breast.
  • 3. Sprinkle the plate setter with cornmeal and place pizza on plate setter and bake for 8-10 min or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Let rest and cut in to 8 pieces.
