Brussles Sprouts with Garlic and Peppers

This recipe for brussels sprouts is sure to please everyone!


  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, smashed
  • crushed red chile flakes, as desired
  • Kosher salt, to taste


  • 1. Preheat the EGG to 400º using indirect heat. Toss the brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt. On a baking sheet, roast the sprouts until browned and fork tender, about 45 minutes. Remove from the grill and toss with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste, and serve immediately.
