Bacon and Herb Roasted Potatoes

Nutritional Information

These potatoes are tossed with Boursin, an herbed cheese, bacon and parsley.


  • 2 1/4 pounds small yukon gold potatoes
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat leaf parsley, for garnish
  • 1/3 cup boursin cheese, or as desired
  • bacon, as desired


  • 1. Preheat the EGG to 400º using indirect heat.  Roast the potatoes until they are fork tender.
  • 2. Once the potatoes are cooked, immediately add the bacon, parsley and cheese.  Gently toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
