Cook Time:1 Hours

Nutritional Information

This recipe is modeled after the classic Asian Zing sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings.

  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 4 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 chicken wings
  • salt and pepper, as needed
  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar

  • 1. Combine the corn starch and the first rice vinegar until a paste forms. Combine all of the other ingredients except for the last three ingredients in a sauce pot. Mix in the paste until well combined.
  • 2. Bring the mixture to a boil. Once thickened remove from the heat and keep warm.
  • 3. Preheat the EGG to 350º using indirect heat. Combine the wings and the rice wine vinegar in a grill safe pan. Bake until an internal temperature reaches 165º about 1 hour. Remove from the grill and chill for 2 hours.
  • 4. Convert the EGG to direct heat preheated to 400º using a cast iron grate. Grill the wings for 2-3 minutes per side or until crispy. Serve with the sauce.
