Asian Dressing

Nutritional Information

This basic dressing will be a new favorite! It is so simple and versatile!


  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/6 cup ginger, more to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  • 1. Combine all of the ingredients in the food processor. Season to taste and use as desired.

VARIATION: In our Pastry class on 3/22/16 and 3/23/16 we used 1/2 cup of honey instead of the sugar.
