Asian Baby Back Ribs

Nutritional Information

These ribs are rubbed with Dizzy Pig's Tsunami Spin, a rub full of flavor with a touch of heat.


  • 4 racks baby back ribs, peeled
  • 1/2 bottle Dizzy Pig Tsunami Spin
  • 4 ounces brown sugar
  • 4 ounces kosher salt
  • mustard, as needed
  • plum wood, for smoking
  • BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons siracha
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1/6 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 1. Evenly rub the ribs with the mustard and let sit overnight covered in the refrigerator.  The next morning, combine the rub, brown sugar and salt.  Evenly coat the ribs with the rub and let sit for 1 hour.
  • 2. Combine all the ingredients for the bbq sauce and set aside.
  • 3. Preheat the EGG to 225º using indirect heat and smoke for 3 hours. Wrap in foil and cook at 250º for 2 hours. The last hour baste with bbq sauce. Let rest for 15 minutes and serve with any additional sauce.
