Roasted Garam Masala Broccoli

Nutritional Information

An easy and flavorful preparation for broccoli.


  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large cloves garlic, grated on a microplane or minced
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 pound broccoli florets (1-1 1/2 inch wide x 2 inch long pieces)
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt (use 1/2 teaspoon if using regular salt)
  • 1 1 lime , juiced


  • 1. Preheat Egg to 400ºF with direct heat. Blanch broccoli in boiling salted water for 1 minute and place in ice bath to cool for 5 minutes. Place broccoli on paper towels to dry. Grill until you get a good char on both sides of the broccoli. Cut broccoli into bite sized pieces and toss with remaining ingredients.
