A great recipe for late summer peaches.


  • 16 Slices Baguette
  • 1 cup Ricotta
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 ea. Yellow peach
  • 1/4 cup White Balsamic
  • 8 ea. Basil leaves
  • 1.3 tablespoons honey
  • 1.3 tablespoons Sumac


  • 1. Grill slices of baguette and peach. Season ricotta with salt and pepper. Dice peach and toss with balsamic, oil and honey. Spread ricotta on baguette. Top with peaches and torn basil leaves.
