This tri tip is simple and delicious for an inexpensive cut of meat.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Tri Tip
- ΒΌ cup kosher salt
- β cup black pepper
Method
- Set up Egg for indirect cooking and preheat to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Rub tri tip liberally with salt and pepper.
- Once the Egg is ready and the meat is season place tri tip on the egg to roast for 25 minutes.
- Allow tri tip to rest for 10 minutes then slice, against the grain, to desired size.
