Crispy Kale Chips

Light, yet addictive snack!

Ingredients

  1. 4 bunches of curly kale, removed from the stems
  2. 1 tbsp avocado oil
  3. 2 tbsp of Meat Church’s Blanco seasoning

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Toss the kale with avocado oil coating well. Place kale on sheet tray lined with parchment paper. Cook in oven for 5-10 mins or until crispy.
  3. Once crispy, season generously with Meat Church’s Blanco seasoning and enjoy!
